What Training Does A First Aider Need?

A First Aider is someone who has completed the First Aid at Work (FAW) training and holds a current FAW certificate. Initially, this is usually a three-day training course which is refreshed usually every three years.
Quite often the Employment & HR Advisors on the YBC Helpline get the above query coming up especially where the employee has moved on to work for a competitor. 
I assume you keep some form of personal data in your business – customer details, supplier contacts, business card info.  If you don’t, I would love to know what you do that means you do not have to keep contact information!
