Facebook - Like, Share Or Comment?

Written by
In the real world if you enjoy something you talk about it and share it with your friends.

The same can be said of social media but many people behave differently. If you read something good don’t just hit the like button, comment on it and hit the share button too. That way it will popularise the post.

Last year I wrote a post to this effect saying Facebook’s algorithm prefers shares and comments over likes. You can like something without actually reading it but commenting shows you’ve probably read the post.

Guess what? That post got lots of likes which proves one of two things. Either I’ve got lots of FB friends who think they are comedians or they didn’t actually read it.

If you comment on someone’s post they’ll probably do the same for you too.

What do you think?
