I think we are all aware of the issues with our Education System and with the Centralised Banking Systems.
The school system does not teach independent thought, you are taught how to regurgitate facts to pass meaningless exams prepping you for a 9-5 job.
If you are ”lucky” enough to pass the exams, you might go on to higher education and take on Crippling Debt.
And in today’s culture, this is celebrated. I know I am preaching to the converted here.
The financial system is broken, Central Banks and the Federal Reserve manipulate the fiat currency system to keep us in Debt
Taxes and inflation keep us in Debt
The banks make huge profits using our money for fractional reserve lending and pay us a pittance.
To keep pace with inflation in normal times it’s estimated we need a return of 15% on our savings. God knows what it is now.
What do the banks pay us for using our currency? A fraction of a percent? I know Interest Rates have gone up a little BUT no where near where Inflation is..!!
This affects all of us, with the notable exception, of course, of the 1%.
And people know this, but often don’t know where to turn or how to get out of the system.
And this is where the Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, Decentralised Finance come into their own.
And yet so many are afraid to take the plunge into this amazing, exciting, innovative space!!
Why?
FEAR!!!
The Banks, the Media, Governments, all shouting that Bitcoin is for terrorists and criminals, it’s just a bubble, you’ll lose all your money.
And yet the alternatives they offer are banks, who, let’s face it, are not exactly “Whiter than White” when it comes to handling “Dirty” money.
To have your hard earned savings stolen through the Stealth Tax of Inflation.
To remain in the debt based slave system that is all the majority of us have ever known.
So what is the antidote to fear?
For me, it is EDUCATION.
There is nothing to fear in this space IF you educate yourself properly
The blockchain offers us the opportunity to be financially sovereign.
And there is no excuse not to learn. We live in an information age. Never before have we had so much information at our fingertips.
Blockchain, Crypto, DeFi are the means to free ourselves and to ensure that, for our children, they only ever have to read about our current financial systems in a history book.
